中国老年医学学会简介
中国老年医学学会(chinese geriatrics society，cgs)于2015年4月19日在北京成立，是经中华人民共和国民政部注册批准的全国性社会团体，具有独立法人资格的社会团体，2022年被民政部评为4a级社会组织。凯发k8官方的业务范围包括：理论研究、学术交流、国际合作、科技研发、成果转化、医养服务、专业培训、书刊编辑、咨询服务。由从事老年医学及相关领域研究与实践的仁人志士自愿组成的学术组织。范利教授当选首届会长，发起人张立平教授等三十余位院士、专家担任学会顾问。2020年10月召开第二次会员代表大会，范利教授连任会长，聘请付小兵院士为名誉会长。
学会强化党建工作，确保学会建设正确方向。成立了党支部和专家委员会、学术委员会；设立办公室、学术培训部、会员服务部、信息教育部、行政事务部5个职能部门和健康科技、国际交流、标准化、医养结合和科技成果转化5个工作委员会。学会目前已设立58个分支机构，活跃奋战在全国各地老年医学领域，形成了一支具有影响力、感召力和凝聚力的专业骨干力量。
中国老年医学学会愿景及使命旨在统筹各方资源，围绕老年人健康管理，打造优质品牌。专注老年服务，提升生命品质，维护老年健康和生命尊严。学会紧紧围绕健康中国战略和老年健康服务需求，把积极老龄观、健康老龄化理念融入学会建设发展实际，按照“遵道敬医，健康生命”会训和“学术立会、服务兴会、教育强会、创新建会、依法办会”的办会理念，坚持“发展老年医学，服务老年健康”宗旨。团结全国老年医学和健康领域工作者积极对接国家政策，形成覆盖全国的产学研用一体化老年健康服务新格局。
中国老年医学学会作为国内最早一批开展老年医学学术研究的专业学术团体，长期坚持预防为主，主动健康的全周期、全人管理的老年健康管理理念，在国内率先提出了老年共病是当前我国老年医学的救治重点。同时也提出了多学科联合救治的mdt模式，开展对老年病综合评估、临床救治、营养干预、康复照护、安宁疗护为一体的临床诊疗新模式。以维持功能、提升老年人生活质量为目标，将先进的老年医疗健康技术在全国推广，加强团结创新和人才培训，不断促进老年医疗健康服务的标准化、规范化，为老年医疗实践提供科学依据及指导性建议。
学会创建“老年医学与科技创新大会”和“适老产业博览会”品牌年会，聚焦老年医学的最新进展和社会需求，开展科技创新与成果转化的应用；与国家老年疾病临床医学研究中心（解放军总医院）联合创建老年医学与照护三级培训体系，全面开展老年医疗、护理、照护培训，编写国家级系列教材，与50余家医疗机构共同构建老年医学与照护培训网络，覆盖25个省市地区。领先开展医养结合理论研究和实践探索，总结出一套医养结合模式、标准、办法和经验，并培育一批研究实践项目，为国家建立医养结合模式提供重要依据；学会获得全国团体标准信息平台社会团体成员资格，具备发布团体标准的资质，开展系列适老相关的团体标准制定；开展创建老年友善医院试点工作，此项工作得到国家有关部委的高度认可，并作为重点工作在全国推广；学会开展适老化环境改造相关研究；适老用品研究；适老智能技术研究；老年基本药物使用情况研究。
所开展的工作为老年医疗健康相关领域建立模型，为国家层面促进老年医疗服务机构的标准化、规范化的管理建设发展，提供了可靠的依据。学会设立“老年医学日”，倡导关心关注老年健康，广泛开展老年健康大讲堂，为老服务科普、义诊等公益活动。
学会工作得到世界卫生组织认可，获得2024年世界卫生组织“老年人卫生保健和健康促进研究奖”。
面对老年医学的新进展，学会瞄准医疗科技前沿，提高创新水平，借助大数据、人工智能等新兴科技，对老年危急重症、慢病康复及健康管理等方面重点攻关；深化培训体系建设、整合优势资源、创新研发机制、推广适宜技术。团结全国老年医学工作者，为推动老年医学事业发展做出不懈努力。
who we are
registered at the ministry of civil affairs of china, on april 19, 2015, the chinese geriatrics society (cgs) was founded in beijing. cgs is a nationwide, not-for-profit academic society and social legal entity of geriatric professionals dedicated to disease prevention and control, medical treatment, patient care, nursing, rehabilitation, research and education of chronic disease. the cgs currently comprises of 58 branches, the members include geriatricians, geriatrics nurse practitioners, social workers, family practitioners, physician associates, pharmacists, infection preventionists, and internists et al, who are pioneers in serious illness care for older individuals, with a focus on championing inter-professional teams, eliciting personal care goals, and treating older people as whole persons. the business scope of the cgs includes, but is not limited to: theoretical research, academic exchanges, international cooperation, scientific and technological research, achievement transformation, skilled nursing and medical home care services, professional education and training, book and journal editing, and comprehensive geriatric assessment consultations.the cgs advocates for policies and programs that support patient care, research, professional and public education, and public policy to improve the health, independence, and quality of life of all older people.
professor fan li was elected as the first president of the cgs, and professor zhang liping (the cgs's initiator) and more than thirty academicians and experts served as advisors to the cgs. the second member representative conference was held in october 2020, and professor fan li was re-elected as the president. fu xiaobing, academician of the chinese academy of engineering, specialist in trauma and tissue repair and regenerative medicine, was hired as the honorary president.
the cgs has established party branches of the cpc, expert committee, and academic committees; established five functional departments, including an office, academic training department, member service department, information and education department, and administrative affairs department, as well as five working committees comprised of health technology, international exchange, standardization, integration of medical and nursing care, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
our mission
the cgs strives to unite geriatric professionals and healthcare providers throughout the country; implement the national policy, laws and regulations pertaining the pension and healthcare for the elderly, and contribute to the development of aging research, the flourish of geriatrics and the building of healthy aging society in china. the purpose of the cgs is to engage in “the promotion of research concerning geriatric medicine, the distribution of knowledge in this field, and collaboration between members and other related external and internal academic societies to advance the development of geriatric medicine and contribute to the development of the academic culture in china as well as to society in general."
our principal work
the cgs provides leadership in promoting and influencing geriatrics research, public heath policy-making and medical services for the elderly. the principal work of the cgs includes supporting geriatrics research and international collaboration in gerontology, promoting education and training system of geriatric professionals to facilitate the provision of quality geriatric care, disseminating geriatrics knowledge and advanced technology in china, and advocating for public policy aimed at improving the health and healthcare for the elderly in china.
national geriatrics day
to promote evidence-based consensus for the most efficacious preventive and treatment strategies for older people in china, and to raise the public’s awareness of solicitude for the elderly and respect for healthcare providers, the cgs proposes april 19th of each year as national geriatrics day. on this day, geriatric professionals and social workers from cities or rural areas concentrate their efforts on providing free healthcare services to older people.
membership
the membership of the cgs has two categories: personal member and organizational member. we are pleased to invite individuals and organizations who are interested in promoting the study of geriatrics and dedicated to improving the health, independence and quality of life of all older people, to join the society.
